IRC Rant on use of the word Quite in place of Quiet

Me: quiet*

Kid: i say quite
Me: quite as in quite good?
Me: as in:
Me: This poem by Tim Minchin called Storm is quite good.
Me: However, the corect spelling for your use would be quiet. As in:
Me: STFU
Kid: u know wat i mean
Me: Understand, dear sir?
Kid: do u understand i dont care ?
Me: No I do not, for I do not comprehend the fact you can not even type out the word you. Nor can you seem to capitalize the letter I when it should be.
Me: What is your first language?
Me: The one you were speaking from the first moment you uttered a word?
Me: I assume English.
Me: If my assumption is true then you have NO REASON not to type out a word. It is your first language, sir.
Me: If you write an essay on physics for college and you wish to bring up something to the professor, but to do so you must use a hypothetical situation involving him.
Me: Would you write: “say u and me r standing in a room. im on a chair and ur on the floor…” et cetera.
Me:Or: “Say you and I are standing in a room. I am standing on a chair and you are lying on the floor…”

YAR. What’s up? I realize probably no one will view this but here it goes.

So back in april I was expelled from school for one year. I was stealing hydrocodone pills from my step-father and giving them away to my sort of girlfriend. It went on for about five days until the girl took them in the CAFE-FREAKING-TERIA! How stupid can you get, amirite? Anyway, the cops arrested me, took me “down village” and made me fill out a report. I told them all about it and then they took my finger-prints and sent me home. This was the first time I was expelled but I had been suspended twice this year, once for bullying and once in ISS for insubordination. They let me go and told me I would have to appear in court on such and such a date. It was orginally just a five day suspention but they moved it up, after the five days were up and I had a super intendents hearing, to  the expulsion. They said I could  come back to school if I got counciling. My mom and step-dad were all for the counciling but then after I attended the required tutoring at the public library and did really good at the five week report card they wanted me to stay in tutoring until april, and thus I never attended the mandatory three months of counciling and am stuck out of school until april of ’09. Skip ahead and I have gotten a garden tractor(riding lawn mower) a new weed-wacker, a new push mower and am doing four yards total to make 50 bucks a week. I went down to my dads in virginia last week. And on thursday we are getting high speed, cable, and digital phone. I have a dentist’s apointment on the same day and will be getting a laptop within the next two weeks.

OMG HE’S ACTUALLY POSTING HERE!!!!

I know I know…I haven’t posted here in a while. I’ve been busy. I’ve been on and off of the internet do to grounding or lack of interest lately. My life has gotten better and worse. I’m still fat, but it seems over the past year, girls like fat kids(WTF, are they on drugs or something?!). My nickname now is Moobs(man-boobs) and I’ve passed seventh grade. I’M GOING ONTO EIGHT GRADE!!! WOOHOO!!!! I miss all of my friends from school and I wish I could find a guitar teacher…Oh well…guess I’ll have to wait until Fall so my aunt’s friend can teach me. I went down to see my dad in june and my best friend matt actually came up here from Arizona and we hung out for a week. I’m still in love with my guitar and I’ve got a myspace! http://myspace.com/scoutironcurtain/… I have a few friends form GUA on there, yes I still go there, I don’t think I could ever leave. I’ve gotten attached to music SO BAD!

 My Roleplaying still sucks, but it’s gotten better. I need to work on my mechanics and stuff. Well…I can’t think of anything else to post here. I’m going to be screwing around with the coding and widgets for a while, throwing images here and there so I’ll upload a few of my banners for ya later!
